Since 2023, the University of Bergen has been a member of the CHARM-EU European University Alliance. The alliance is one of 64 European Universities alliances, a flagship initiative of the European strategy for universities.
Co-funded by the Erasmus+ program, CHARM-EU aims to create a new higher education model that will demonstrate how to enhance the quality, international competitiveness and attractiveness of the European higher education landscape.
CHARM-EU partner institutions, together with regional and international partners from business and society, develop challenge-based study, research and exchange programs that contribute to solving global challenges and to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
