Høstfest - Autumn Party

Hi,
Get ready for this year`s autumn party on Friday the 7th of October. This year
we will be celebrating that the people in Mawsynram, India live in the world`s
wettest place. They get about 12m of precipitation per year. People in Bergen
only get about 2 meters of rain. So, no more complaining about the rain and
join our celebrations. We will be eating at Arti Indisk Restaurant in Kong Oscars
gate 29 at 6.30 pm.
Before dinner is served, we have the honour of listening to some Norwegian
live music.  Kurt Ove Mæland (a soon to be famous Bergensian musician) will
be giving a private concert especially for us.
There will also be some other  top secret surprises. So, don`t miss the chance.
 
You can choose one of the following dishes:
1) Garlic Chicken Tikka with freshly baked naan
Saftig kyllingbiter marinert i yoghurt med hvitløk, koriander og spisskummen
og nybakt nan.
Juicy chicken pieces marinated in yoghurt with garlic, coriander and cumin with
freshly baked naan.
 
2) Lam Bhuna with freshly baked naan
Stekt lammekjøtt i aromatisk tykk karrisaus med paprika og løk og nybakt nan.
Fried lamb served in a thick aromatic curry sauce with peppers and onion and
freshly baked naan.
 
3) For our vegetarians: Chana Masala with freshly baked naan
Kikerter tilberedt med poteter og tomater i tykk karrisaus med nybakt nan.
Chickpeas prepared with potatoes and tomatoes in thick curry sauce with
freshly baked naan.
 
Desert: delicious GULAB JAMUN
