This year's "stolpejakt" is ready

Now this year's "stolpejakt" is well under way. We hope that the hunt will be for information and not just for posts.

Hovedinnhold

This year's "stolpejakt" is underway. The Arboretum and Bergen Botanical Garden have participated and placed poles in our areas this year as well. We have posted information and pictures from the places where the poles are placed. Thus, the "stolpejakt" becomes a great way to learn more about parts of our collections that may not be as well known to everyone.

We have 21 poles distributed in our collections. They are positioned so that they are suitable for registering on a tour that includes both gardens. Our poles are evenly distributed in the lightest category, green (can be registered with a wheelchair) and blue (registered during a light trip in the terrain).

Download the app "Stolpejakten", and then it's just a matter of getting started. It is also possible to register the poles "manually" without a mobile phone and by using maps on paper.

The Arboretum and Botanical Garden belong to the "Bergen sør" area, and we have sat out the posts in collaboration with Kalandseid IL and IL Gneist.

New this year is that VilVite has created its own tasks on some of our posts. Look for posters with info from them on how to access their tasks.

Certain school classes will also use the poles in their outdoor school. Then the students have to go from post to post to solve tasks in the subject they are doing.
