Network meeting Asia studies at UiB and CMI
On Thursday 20th August, 9.00-11.30 we invite you to a hybrid network meeting for researchers and administrative staff interested in collaboration with partners in Asia. The entire meeting can be attended digitally, but there will be a light lunch and opportunities for networking after the meeting for in-person participants.

Welcome to what has now become an annual event!
You are invited to participate digitally or in person in a hybrid meeting with representatives at the Norwegian embassies/Innovation Norway in Asia. This year they will share insights on how the countries they work in approach the EU and cooperation with Europe, if there are any particular initiatives or developments that are useful to know about.
We will also hear from The Nordic Centre at Fudan University, China and The Nordic Centre in India with information about how they may assist researchers working with or looking for opportunities to work with partners in China and India.
Hilde Haaland-Kramer, Counsellor for Science, Technology and Higher Education to South Korea, and Vegard Vibe and colleagues from HK-dir will be present in person and will join us for a networking lunch.
