The Christie Conferance 2012 is 25 April,
Peer Gynt Salen in Grieghallen.

This is the third year that the University of Bergen (UiB) arranges the Christie Conference, named after one of the founding fathers of the Norwegian constitution Wilhelm Frimann Koren Christie. The conference is a meeting point for business and the arts, government and academia in western Norway.

The aim of the Christie conference is to be the most important meeting point between academia and civil society in the west of Norway and approximately 340 participants attended last year’s conference at Peer Gynt Salen in Grieghallen in central Bergen.

Last year’s Christie award was awarded to the publishers Arno Vigmostad and Arnstein Bjørke.
