Department of Estate and Facilities Management (EIA) shall make sure that the University of Bergen's need for areas, buildings, technical building structure and the maintenance of this is well taken care of. We do this through planning and on a daily basis.

Department of Estate and Facilities Management is responsible for planning, taking care off, maintenance and development of the university's buildings, technical building structure and outdoor areas.

Beside this EIA provides employees, students and external users with several service related favours. For example post-services, transportation, access cards, administration and renting of canteens, cabins and apartments for visiting scientists, parking etc.
