Estate and Facilities Management division (EIA) shall make sure that the University of Bergen´s need for areas, buildings,technical building structure and the maintenance of this is well taken care of. We do this through planning and on a daily basis.

Estate and Facilities Management division is responsible for planning, taking care of, maintenance and development of the university´s buildings, technical building structure and outdoor areas.

Beside this EIA provide employees, students and external users with several service related favours. For example post-services, transportation, access cards, administration and renting of canteens, cabins and apartments for visiting scientists, parking etc.
