Short term from 10 weeks and up will also be considered. 
The flat is on 2. floor (37 steps), no lift.  Livingroom 20m2, 2 bedrooms a 8- 9 m2, a 3. small bedroom with bunk beds (or for storage) 5m2, spacious kitchen with eating table for 5, mountain view, washroom, bath with sink, toilet, shower and heat in floor, extra guest toilet.

Balcony, own parking with el- charging. Included free; HOT WATER, parking, wi-fi and tv-programs.
You will need to sign up for your own electricity contract.
Completely furnished down to keyboard and teaspoons. What you don’t want in the flat, I will remove.
Bath and kitchen new i 2016. Kitchen well equipped.

The busstop is 150 meters from the flat, coming and going every ten minutes. 25 minutes trip to citycentre and  add 8 minutes walk to UiB. Kiwi supermarked 100 meters from flat. Quiet and green surburban surroundings.

As a retired lecturer we wish to rent out our home so we can see the world.  I suggest 19.000- NOK a month.  I am flexible.
