PhD seminar: practical use of R

This seminar centers on the practical use of the analysis tool R, with special attention to Rstudio and Rmarkdown. Participants will work on analyses related to their ongoing projects and will receive an introduction to the software, visualization, table production, and assessment of normality. Examples of other topics may include regressions, analysis of variance, and multilevel analyses, also address topics based on participants' needs.

The seminar is based on active participation, and participants are encouraged to share scripts and experiences with each other. There will be monthly meetings (approximately 1 hour each) at Alrek helseklynge, Årstadveien 17.

The seminar is open to 10 participants at each seminar.

Start dates in spring: May 24th and June 14th. At 1 p.m. on Tarlebø (2nd floor) Alrek
