Equipment

MIC is equipped for imaging on nanometer- micrometer and sub-millimeter levels. This enables us to facilitate research ranging from the molecules and organelles in cells to cells and organs in whole animals.

MIC is a true translational core facility and has a broad instrument park equipment for electron-, fluorescence- and confocal microscopy, high throughput imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, optical imaging and PET/CT. MIC has also access to animal stabling.

MIC has highly qualified technical and scientific personnel operating and maintaining all instruments. Users will always receive adequate training and supervision, and are more than welcome to come by and discuss imaging possibilities on their planned projects.
