SearchGUI a user-friendly, lightweight and open-source graphical user interface for configuring and running two proteomics identification search engines simultaneously, namely the Open Mass Spectrometry Search Algorithm (OMSSA) and X!Tandem.

SearchGUI is based on the OMSSAGUI project.
