The department has two time of flight mass analysers from JEOL; The JMS T100LC (ESI, APCI and DART) and the JMS T100GC (EI and CI). The JMS T100LC is interphased with a Agilent 1260 serie LC module (including a UV-Vis DA detector) and the JMS T100GC is interphased with a 6890N GC, also from Agilent. Additionally, the department has a 6420 A triple quadropole (QqQ) spectrometer from Agilent (only ESI) in conection with a 1260 serie LC module.
