My research focuses on obtaining a more robust understanding of regional ocean heat content variability in the Arctic-Atlantic sector on interannual to decadal time scales. I use regional heat budget analysis and Lagrangian trajectory modeling to assess the link between anomalous ocean heat, large-scale ocean circulation changes, and atmospheric forcing.
