Leo Larsen is a PhD candidate Section for General Practice in the research group SMIL, at the Department of Global Public Health and Primary Care. He is a medical doctor from the University of Bergen and holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry.
His PhD work concerns the use of antimicrobial agents for respiratory tract infections in a primary care setting, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a registry based project under COVID-19 outbreak in Norway – Epidemiology, health care utilization and primary care management – CONOPRI.
