Coordination and communikacation

Coordination and communication is a team with the Department of Research and Science Communication at the University Museum.

The team coordinates activities related to the the departments's progress plans, goalds and strategic mesurments. We offer project support to the rest of the department.

I coordinate deliveries, orders, finances and progress plans "Coordination and communication" and are also responsible for:

• Department for Research and Science Communication's annual cycle and progress plans
• Coordination of all the department's deliveries with a focus on strategy and goal management
• Operation of public facilities in the University Museum, Cultural History (HS10) and the University Museum, Natural History (MP3) including exhibitions
• Communication, universitetsmuseet.no, coordination of social media and audience portal
• Budget control for the department
• Contact person for other administrative parts of UiB
• Agreements, procurement and tenders at the department
• Work management and responsibility for setting up an exhibition, including object and audience safety
• Run the museum shops and coordinate staffing of the University Museum, Natural History and Cultural History.
• Onboarding of new employees within the department+
• Project management for various projects related to the department
