In Case 146/16 on 20th October The University Board delegated to the Interim Election Committee to formulate supplementary provisions in order to secure gender balance in the Interim Faculty Board. The Interim Election Committee did so in Case 14/16 in their meeting on 25th of November.

In order to acheive gender balance in the board, elected representatives form group D at The Grieg Academy and Department of Design were replaced by deputy representatives, according to the provisions formulated by the Interim Election Committee.

Appeal

The deadline for appeals is 24th of December, according to the election regulations § 17, 2) . The appeal must be emailed to the secretariate to the Interim Election Committee at post@kollsek.uib.no. The Central Election Committee will process the appeal.
