How to build your consortium

It is important that the coordinator at an early stage have a clear idea of who to include in the core group of the consortium. In general it is easier to work together with partners you already know and trust. You should bring in new partners for their specific knowledge and ability to fulfil project roles. Please note that “Complementarity of the participants within the consortium” is one of the aspects taken into account when the proposal is evaluated.
