My research interests are in the fields of toxicology, environmental toxicology, microplastics, biomarkers, endocrine disruptors, toxicogenomics, environmental genomics, proteomics, and systems toxicology focusing on marine organisms such as fish and marine mammals.
2016-2021: Project leader of "dCod 1.0: decoding the systems toxicology of Atlantic cod (Gadus morhua)" (dcod.no), a large interdisciplinary project under the Digital Life Norway network, funded by the BIOTEK 2021 programme of the Research Council of Norway.
2023-2027: Project leader of Marma-detox - Whales and polar bear in a petri dish: decoding marine mammal toxicology through in vitro and in silico approaches, funded by the Research Council of Norway. https://www.digitallifenorway.org/research/marma-detox/index.html
