Physical EXercise Augmented Cognitive behaviour therapy for Older adults with Generalised anxiety disorder (PEXACOG)

The study is an RCT designed to evaluate the effects of exercise-augmented cognitive behaviour therapy for older adults with generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). Clinical, biological, physiological and neuropsychological characteristics of GAD in older adults will also be investigated and the effects of treatment on this factors will be assessed.
