Supporting the 2015 Paris Climate Conference

The Royal Embassy of Norway, University of Bergen and Makerere University broght together decision-makers and agents of change in Kampala, Uganda, on November 12.

Seeking to promote and share knowledge advancing the understanding of climate change and sustainable solutions, the conference gathered entrepreneurs, academia, government officials and civil society leaders.

The agenda included discussions and presentations on issues and trends in recent research, innovation advances and in-the-field experiences focusing on business opportunities addressing climate change related challenges.

The conference drafted a communiqué that feeds directly into the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Paris on November 30th to December 11th, 2015.
