Bioinformatics is an IT study programme where computer science meets biology and chemistry. You will learn programming, statistics, and mathematics, and how to use your data knowledge to analyze and interpret biological data.
This is the study for you if you like to think logically and systematically and are interested in life sciences.

All undergraduate programmes at UiB, including this one in Bioinformatics, are taught in Norwegian and require Norwegian language proficiency.
