11.30 - 12.00. Lunch is served.

12.00 - 12.10: Welcome by Bjørnar Tessem. He makes some comments on the cost of research funding.

12.10 - 12.20. The bachelor program in cognitive science has had an essay competition this winter. Truls Pedersen announces the winner!

12.20 – 13.00. This year’s study quality report has been submitted. It reflects the impressive work with teaching and evaluation at our department. Joakim Dahl Haaland and Astrid Gynnild present the report, and afterwards there will a roundtable discussion.

13.00 - 13.05. We will watch an “identity video” for Infomedia made by TVP students. They have not made the final cut yet, and Lars Nyre is happy to receive constructive criticism during the break.

13.05 - 13.20. More lunch is served.

13.20 - 13.40. Rustam Galimullin: “The homework you give immediately ends up in ChatGPT. Or does it?”. Results from a survey on AI use by students in AI-related courses at bachelor, master, and PhD levels. The study is conducted by Rustam and colleagues from Informatics and SLATE. 

13.40 – 14.00. What do you know about our beloved Infomedia department? The Kahoot will tell. Susann Viktoria Falla is taskmaster and gives out wonderful prizes to the top three.
