Begrunnelse for emnet:
Gendered wage inequality is a key part of wage inequality in rich democracies. We would like the candidate to focus on the politics and policies of wage inequality and their gendered dimensions, addressing the question of: How do policies and politics affect gendered wage inequality? In answering the this question the focus should be on rich democracies, and respective state and collective agreement measures that exist, connecting it to the focus of the dissertation.
