I am interested in modelling, analysis, simulation and optimization of high dimensional dynamical systems in different areas of life sciences, including molecular conformation dynamics, systems biology, and pharmacology, with a focus on meshfree methods, clustering algorithms, parameter identification, and uncertainty quantification.
