Course description
Course content
Access to the course requires admission to PhD programme at The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The course is the equivalent of BINF301. PhD candidates have following compulsory activity in addition:
- give a 30 min oral presentation on a selected published paper, including implementation of the algorithm and reproduction of the figures presented therein
