Quantitative Proteome Profiling

Disease states can influence the protein expression. By quantitative proteomics methods we can identify and quantify these changes. A typical example is the comparison of proteins in plasma between a control group and a patient group to find specific disease marker candidates.

  • Experimental design, sample preparation (depending on capacity/project size), mass spectrometry and data analysis (depending on capacity/project size).
  • Methods supported: SILAC, iTRAQ, di-methyl and label free.
  • For larger projects, collaborations and training of collaborators will be considered.
  • On site help for trained users.
