CET partner in new research school

NMBU will be leading the new PhD School Empowered Futures.

The Research Council of Norway has granted funding for the research school Empowered futures: A Global Research School Navigating the Social and Environmental Controversies of Low-Carbon Energy Transitions.

NMBU will be leading the school, and CET/UiB, University of Agder, University of Stavanger and University of Oslo are partners.

Empowered Futures will also collaborate with key business actors and international researchers. The first meetings post grant will take place in spring 2022, and we are eager to get to work!
