Research Group on Law and Working Life
Research group on Law and Working Life has broad expertise in labor, social security, and anti-discrimination law. Our ambition is to further develop legal research on working life by including interdisciplinary perspectives, cross-country comparison, and examining the impact of international law.
The research group is led by Associate Professor Melanie Hack.
LaW-BALANCE
The LaW-BALANCE research project is connected to the Research Group on Law and Working Life. LaW-BALANCE is a four-year project on the legal framework of working life in transition and on the concept of ‘work-life balance’. The project is funded by The Research Council of Norway.
