New publication

Insomnia increases sick leave

A new publication from BTR published in Journal of Psychosomatic Research shows that insomnia is an important risk factor for later sick leave. The findings are based on data from the Hordaland Health Study (HUSK) linked with official registry data from the National Insurance Administration.
