Bergen Multiple Sclerosis Research Group
The Bergen Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Research Group aims to contribute to improved treatment of MS, by identification of causes of the disease, and define biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment response.

About the research group
The research group is located on the Haukeland Campus at Clinical Institute 1 (K1), University of Bergen (UiB) and the Department of Neurology, Haukeland University Hospital (HUH), Bergen, Norway.
The research group is a central part of the Neuro-SysMed, Research Centre for Clinical Treatment Research, funded by the Research Council of Norway. The group is also responsible for the Norwegian MS Register & Biobank, as well as the Norwegian Quality and Competence Network for MS at HUH.
