The University of Bergen Special Collections holds four manuscripts containing a Danish translation of the medieval Norwegian Landslǫg of 1274: UBB Ms 63 4to, UBB Ms 65 4to, UBB Ms 81 4to, and Ms 558 4to.

Come and hear about why these manuscripts are interesting and what's in them and why in a short talk given by Helen Leslie-Jacobsen (Transformations of Medieval Law project), and enjoy the unique opportunity to see the manuscripts for yourself in a manuscript viewing session led by Alexandros Tsakos, the Scientific Director of the Manuscripts' and Rare Books' Collection.
