Healthy and safe seafood for everybody?!
This discussion is dedicated to seafood. Jutta Dierkes and Amund Måge will present and discuss advantages and challenges of dietary intake of seafood. They will present the evidence for nutrients from seafood and the health effects of seafood, but also discuss the environmental toxicants which are found in fish and other seafoods. Norway has an efficient monitoring system of seafood that will be presented.
