Evosep ONE

Evosep One is a robust, user-friendly chromatographic platform designed for high-throughput and standardized proteomics. It enables seamless integration into existing workflows and delivers consistent performance for large-scale LC-MS analyses.

At our facility, Evosep One is exclusively coupled to the Orbitrap Exploris 480, ensuring high-resolution, accurate mass detection for advanced proteomic applications.

We currently offer two standard throughput methods:

• 20 Samples Per Day (20SPD) with a 72-minute gradient
• 40 Samples Per Day (40SPD) with a 36-minute gradient

These methods are optimized for reproducibility, sensitivity, and efficiency across a wide range of sample types.
