The project is about legal methodology in interdisciplinary research projects - with examples from legal research connected to biomedical development within biologically anchored knowledge and biotechnology.

- What is distinctive about the legal-methodological challenges of scientists when jurisprudence is a part of interdisciplinary projects?
- How can the discussion about legal methodology in legal research contribute to anchor the jurisprudence and assure the quality of such projects?
Questions concerning biologically anchored knowledge and biotechnology are:
- How can the discussion about legal methodology in legal research contribute to the society's managment of the biomedical development?
Project periode
The project started in january of 2012 and ended in 2015. The project was partly financed by funds from The Research Council of Norway.
