Emotion regulation and complex problem solving in first responders

Description:  
PhD project (Pauline G. Poless) funded by the University of Bergen, Department of Psychosocial Science. Main supervisor: Anita L. Hansen. Co-supervisor: Jarle Eid.  

Objectives:  
The overall aim of the project is to gain new insight into how emotion regulation strategies can influence complex problem-solving and operational capacity in firefighters.  

Outcomes:  
This is a phd project in progress.
