The 16th December, the research school will arrange a career day for PhD candidates at the Department of Biomedicine. We have been so lucky to get the Career centre to hold a course for us in how to write CV and application. Their assistance is usually reserved for bachelor and master students.

We are highly aware that the majority of PhD candidates do not end up with a scientific career. We have therefore invited speakers who hold a PhD degree from our department, so-called alumni, to tell us what is it exactly we can be used for.

The first half of the day is reserved for the course, we then offer lunch to those who have signed up for the career day, followed by presentations from our alumni.
