1. Trykk på start - velg support - show computer info

2. Skriv ned computername og ipaddress (skal meldes i BRITA)

3. Bruk nettleser for å gå til brukerstøtte it - BRITA

4. Logg på med brukernavn og passord som for unix-konto

5. Klikk på BRITA (til venstre) - opprett sak (computer info skal meldes)
