Main content
Dear colleagues,
We are happy to invite you to the 9th ScanPath meeting — Scandinavian Symposium on Translational Pathology 2025!
ScanPath has been an annual success since 2016, and we expect 2025 to be no exception, with around 100 participants. To participate, please register by September 15. We do, however, strongly recommend early registration to ensure participation and lodging. The meeting will fill up very quickly when we open for local participants.
We will have a poster session where participants can present their work, and we will give younger researchers and others the opportunity to hold short (15-minute) plenary presentations. (Note; due to a great interest, now closed for more talks. Still open for posters.) Please submit your abstract by October 1.
There will be ample time for informal interaction. Please feel free to circulate this invitation to your group members and relevant partners, collaborators, and industry.
Many industry partners have already received dedicated invitations. The registration form is the same for academic and industry participants, whereas the rates are differentiated.
Depending on the degree of industry participation, the registration fee for academic participants will be somewhat above 3000 NOK/250 Euro per person for the two symposium days and the overnight stay with full board. If you register for arriving on October 28, you will be charged additionally at the hotel rates specified in the info sheet and registration form. It is possible to share rooms, so please indicate if, and with whom, you are willing to share your room when you register online.
