Organization

Organization of the CASE Consortia

The consortium is organized with a CASE Board with representatives from the participating universities and industry partners.  The Board will consist of 5 members, three from university and two from industry.  They are chosen at the annual meeting where all university members and participants have one vote each.  The Board will confer at least once a year.

The Board shall set direction, define goals, approve objectives, allocation of funds and monitor outcome.

In addition to the Board, a manager and management team will ensure day-to-day operation and implementatin of Board decisions.
