Overall aim

CASE aims to collaborate on cutting-edge research by supporting research activities, PhD-positions, postdoctral positions, and networking events such as seminars and conferences.  The exact research activities to be prioritized will be decided by the Board of the Consortia.

Current research activities

The Consortia is currently focusing on two major projects for 2015/16:

  • Verification of geophysical techniques in exploration
  • Uplift estimation methodology using geological and geophysical techniques

The Consortia is, in paraticular, focused on research relevant for exploration in the Barents Sea.
