Vacancy at NLA University College - Professor/Associate Professor/Senior Lecturer Position in Intercultural Relations

The position is full-time and applicants who have already obtained professor/docent qualifications in accordance with applicable national requirements and guidelines will be able to be appointed as professor/docent. 

For a permanent position as an associate professor, a doctorate is required in a subject area with relevance for the department or an equivalent foreign doctorate approved as equivalent to a Norwegian doctorate or competence at an equivalent level documented by scientific work of the same scope and quality. 

For a permanent position as a senior lecturer, extensive research and development work is required which in quality and scope corresponds to the workload and level of a doctoral thesis with the same relevance requirements as for an associate professor. Special qualifications within teaching or other educational activities are given great importance. Applicants who have already obtained docent qualification in accordance with applicable national requirements and guidelines will be able to be appointed as a lecturer.
