Ocean Science Bar at Statsraaden Bar & Reception

About the event (held in English)
Light is probably the most varying environmental variable in pelagic ecosystems, and the most ignored in ecological studies. In this Ocean Science Bar, you will learn about how light (and consequently bathymetry and sea ice) structures the feeding efficiency of visual foraging planktivore predators, which directly impacts the spatial distribution of zooplankton and fish.

The event is free and open for all!
