Exhibit opening in connection with the Kavli Symposium Passion for Science.

This exhibition will showcase UiB research in the areas astrophysics, nanoscience and neuroscience. 

  • Nanomaterials: Nano materials prevent ice formation on surfaces
  • Nanomedicine: Nanoparticles distribute medicine to the brain
  • Neuroscience: How to cure OCD in four days
  • Astrophysics and space physics: The difference between Aurora Borealis and Aurora Australis

The opening will be a part of The Kavli Symposium Passion for Science in the University Aula on September 2nd. 

Passion for Science is an event celebrating progress in research in the areas of astrophysics, nanoscience and neuroscience. The University of Bergen collaborates with The Kavli Prize and the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters to make this event happen in Bergen.

The opening is reserved for invited guests. The exhibition will be open to the public from October 14th.
