Einar Braathen: "Decentralization of power in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique"

The 10^th of March Einar Braathen, with the Norwegian Institute for Urban and Regional Research (NIBR), will hold a guest lecture at the PGI seminar. Braathen is associated with the Department of International Studies of Development, Transition and Migration at NIBR.
 
The title of the lecture will be "Decentralization of power in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Mozambique" .
