Main content

The VISTA program funds CSD with a sum of 25 million NOK in the period 2021-2025.

In addition, CSD comprise several research projects and activity funded by the European Research Council (ERC MaPSI project), the Research Council of Norway, the Equinor-UiB Akademia agreement, and the University of Bergen.

VISTA Program

VISTA is a basic research program financed by Equinor, an international energy company, and carried out in close cooperation with the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters.

Inga Berre is ERC recipient number 10,000

As grantee number 10,000 to receive funding from the European Research Council (ERC), Inga Berre will use applied mathematics in order to understand what happens underground when heat is extracted from the Earth's interior.
