By using the Diploma Registry, you can collect your results from higher education in Norway and share them with potential employers, educational institutions and other relevant resipients. This service replaces transcripts of records from UiB.
You can log in to the Diploma Registry to see your results and share them with others. A recipient can only see your results if you have given him/her permission to access your results.
The Diploma Registry is free of charge.
1. Sharing results via a link
When you log on to the Diploma registry, the portal will retrieve all your results, directly from the educational institutions' databases. You can choose which results you want to share. Then the Diploma Registry will generate a link which you easily can send to the desired recipient. You can choose how long the link shall be active for and in which language the results will be shown for the recipient (Norwegian bokmål, Norwegian nynorsk or English).
The link can be active for a maximum of one year.
2. Sharing results via a verified pdf
After you have shared the link, you can download a verified pdf with your results, open the link "Signed document with selected results (PDF)". The verified pdf is electronically signed and is not verified when printed.
The verified pdf will be valid for 2 years only.
