Joint working environment survey (FAMU) at UiB 2024-2025
A good working environment is important for the well-being of employees. A good and well-functioning working environment is crucial for realizing UiBs goals. To be able to develop and improve our working environment it is important to take time to understand how employees experience their working environment and their work situation.
UiB employees are expected to contribute to a good working environment in their unit and the manager is responsible for facilitating a good working environment at their units. This joint working environment survey is one such process that will contribute to this.
