The National Library of Norway`s digitalization work
In this lecture in the Digital Lab, you learn more about the National Library of Norway`s work with digitizing its entire collection and the services available for the public.

In 2020 The National Library of Norway started the work with digitizing Norway`s cultural heritage. The material that is digitized consists of everything from paper material and photography to film and recordings from archives, libraries and museums from all over the country.
Jørgen Schyberg from the National Library, will in this lecture tell more about Nettbiblioteket (the web library) and how this service will be further developed.
Furthermore he will give an insight into how the National Library uses artificial intelligence (AI) to improve the services for both internal and external users.
The lecture will be held in Norwegian.
THE DIGITAL LAB
The Digital Lab (D-Lab) at the University of Bergen Library is an interdisciplinary hub for researchers, lecturers, and students, on-site and digitally. The lab is a space to learn, to discuss, and to apply various digital tools and methods.
