The aim of CEPR is to enhance the quality of economic policy-making within Europe and beyond. Today, CEPR’s network of Research Fellows and Affiliates includes around 1,500 of the top economists conducting research on issues affecting the European economy. The Centre is particularly keen to identify and promote the work of young economists who need research support and an environment through which they can enter the international scene. CEPR therefore appoints promising young researchers as Research Affiliates for a fixed term of four years.

“We are proud and happy that Eeva gets the opportunity to be part of such an exclusive and prestigious network of young economists,” says Head of Department Tommy Staahl Gabrielsen. “I am confident that this nomination will be a big stimulus to her academic career, as well as an encouragement to other young researchers at the Department.”
