Feedback in Nor-Openscreen survey
BiSS is growing as a core facility, and we are quite happy that our users are satisfied.
The results from the survey of Nor-Openscreen shows a high user satisfaction with the services of BiSS. User satisfaction generally was very high, both for the service and for the response time during the service with two thirds “very satisfactory” and almost one-third “satisfactory” votes.
The users also expressed a wish for more equipment. We are actively applying to calls from the UiB and the NFR to get money for additional and updated equipment.
