The next meeting of the ICT PhD Forum will be held jointly between PhD students and Postdocs on Tuesday, 7 February, at 14:00. All PhD students and Postdocs at the Department of Informatics are welcome (and encouraged) to join!
Mikhail Barash and Knut Anders Stokke will discuss the paper Ten Simple Rules for Organizing a Scientific Meeting and show you some of UiB's online tools for registration and booking rooms. Also, they'd be happy to hear from your experiences regarding organizing meetings.
The meeting will be held in the Lunch room on the fourth floor. In addition to the presentation and discussions, there will be time set aside for mingling.
More information about the forum meeting, including the registration link, has been sent to all PhD candidates and Postdocs in a separate email.
In 2023, the forum organizers are Knut Anders Stokke (for the PhD candidates) and Mikhail Barash (for the Postdocs).
